History
In 1982 a young couple of Colombian Caribbean husbands embarked on the path of a dream called PROSERPUERTOS. Initially this service was provided in the Maritime Ports of Barranquilla, Cartagena and Santa Marta. Little by little we consolidated as merchandise controllers and the success achieved within the field of prevention was very soon seen as the urgent need to cover all Colombian sea ports, as well as the main airports and free zones. Then expanding our range of services the claims adjustments were incorporated by achieving the trust of the insurance guild. This is how we made a presence in the 1999 coffee axis earthquake, taking on more than 5000 claims for this catastrophic event and then with the sum of all that experience we crossed the border to support the country of Chile in the 2010 earthquake.
Continuing with organizational growth came the Risk Management Service being strategic allies of our clients, providing solutions in risk assessment. With a large growth projection in the market due to the need in the sector for the prevention of the various risks presented by different industries.
Finally after having positioned in the sector the 3 services under professional solidity, the idea of taking the big step and becoming what we are GRUPO PROSER was born in today.
